Family Movie night

We had some conflicts with gym use and sports this month, which was very busy. We will look at a night in March.

P/T conferences meal

Teachers liked the Chinese takeout from Chopsticks. We did that in the fall. Do it for Wednesday night 2/22. Kelli will do the signup, she gets the order to Taffy and will drop off the menu and get the food later. Or if Taffy is busy, we can cover it. Let’s add a couple twelve-packs of soda to drink. Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Diet Mountain Dew.

Mrs. Stephen's gift card

We were going to get a gift card for her for the holiday basket. We need to follow up with PTO on that. Will double check that the photographer get her gift card too.

Spaghetti dinner

Let’s get a committee together and do this in Fall—it could be our big fundraiser. We could switch the plan from two fundraisers a year to one big one per year and then we can use the money for it throughout the year. Kids can serve, and dads can serve. We also can do a drive through. We could use Holen photography and possibly have a photo booth. We could do a class art project and then auction off the items.

End of year carnival

Planning on starting this stuff very soon—Ashley looked into getting an ice cream truck, Kona ice, etc. for special treats. Look into All-Star Rentals (Heather Spaugh).

Referendum

March 7 and 15 open house community information night at 6pm. There will be an info table at conferences. There is a parent committee out there to support it and we will try to connect with them!
